For nearly 30 years, Marinfloc has been a pioneer in marine wastewater treatment, transforming how the industry views bilge water and environmental responsibility. Our story began with a challenge. When shipowners struggled with ineffective bilge water separation, two engineers, Peter Lanzén and Benny Carlson, set out to find a better solution. Inspired by municipal water treatment methods, they introduced flocculation technology to the maritime industry—a breakthrough that redefined oily water separation.

Since then, we have continued to push boundaries, developing advanced systems for bilge water, black and grey water, drill slop, and oily sludge. Every Marinfloc system is designed with real onboard conditions in mind, surpassing regulatory standards to deliver unmatched performance.

Quality is at the core of everything we do. Our products are designed and manufactured in Sweden at our Varekil facility, using only the finest materials to ensure long-lasting reliability.
